Originally from Austin, Texas, Chris moved to Costa Rica in 2009 to invest in and run a hotel and zip-line adventure business with his brother. After successfully exiting that venture in 2015, he transitioned his deep local knowledge into a career in real estate, joining Pura Vida Rentals & Management in 2017 before launching the sales division as Pacific Dreams Realty in 2025.
